The fire came fast.
There wasn’t time to pack, or plan, or even panic.
One moment, I was in my studio, surrounded by light and bowls and ritual—and the next, I was grabbing what I could and leaving it all behind.
There wasn’t time to pack, or plan, or even panic.
One moment, I was in my studio, surrounded by light and bowls and ritual—and the next, I was grabbing what I could and leaving it all behind.
Everything I had built for my work, my healing, my clients—gone.
But the strange thing is: when the smoke cleared, something in me got quieter. Sharper.
The book I had always said I would write? It began writing me.
And so I began.
In a borrowed room, with the sound of church bells, each night and birds each morning, I started writing
“Through The Ashes”
Not just a book. A reckoning. A remembering.
It started with a moment I didn’t know how to move through.
I was already living in this space—one that carried the early rumblings of a fire in my life. The anxiety was heavy, constant. One day, in the middle of a panic, I looked over at my bowls. They had been quiet for a while, tucked in the background while I focused on other things. But something called me toward them.
I sat down—still shaking—and began to play. Not like before. This time, I followed a rhythm that felt deep and steady… something that reminded me of the bilateral pulses from EMDR. It wasn’t planned. It just happened. The tones moved through the room, and for the first time in a long time, my nervous system began to settle.
That moment became a turning point.
I recorded the bowls that day. And when I shared the story with my EMDR therapist, she encouraged me to offer it to others. She calls this version of me—the one who emerges in those sessions—the “Wise Woman.” The part of me that knows how to hold, how to heal, how to guide from a place beyond panic.
This was work I had tested in my own body first. It felt real. And I knew it could help others too.
Just as I was beginning to offer this publicly—through livestreams and gentle invitations—the fire came. And I lost everything.
But even after the fire… even after the silence…
the Wise Woman returned.
She found me again here, in this gifted home, with the birds always singing.
And now, she speaks.
As our journey unfolds, every moment becomes an invitation to step deeper into your truth. In this space, where transitions and quiet possibilities meet, you are gently called to connect with what lies ahead. It’s a place to reflect on your own becoming, to honor your feelings, and to find a new way forward.
I’m excited to share a new offering here—a personalized manifestation video made just for you. In these videos, I speak softly from my own peaceful space, where candlelight, crystals, and the healing tones of recorded sound bowls set the stage. Drawing on your unique energy and intention, I also pull a card—or however many I feel guided to—from my decks to help shape a message that resonates with your current journey.
This isn’t a traditional reading. It’s a heartfelt reflection, a moment of connection, and a gentle prayer for the path ahead—a reminder that you’re exactly where you need to be.
Created just for you, from my quiet space to yours.
These are custom, softly spoken manifestation videos made with your unique energy and intention in mind. Each video is filmed from a peaceful, candle-lit setting, with crystals and the healing tones of my recorded sound bowls in the background.
Before I create your video, you’ll fill out a short form to share what you’re calling in—whether it’s clarity, love, abundance, healing, or support through a transition. Based on your responses, I’ll pull a card—or however many I feel guided to—from my decks to help shape the tone and message.
Then I’ll speak a gentle, intuitive message from the heart—just for you.
Your video will be 5–10 minutes long and sent as a private link you can revisit anytime.
This isn’t a reading. It’s a reflection. A moment of connection. A breath of something true.

A Note About the Sound Bowls
The sound bowl tones woven into your video were recorded during my own healing process, using guidance from my EMDR therapist. They’re intentionally designed to mimic the rhythm of EMDR—offering gentle, bilateral stimulation to help calm the nervous system and create space for new patterns to emerge.
This practice has supported me through a period of profound trauma and rebuilding. It’s not just sound—it’s medicine. And I’m honored to share that with you.
I believe in working with what’s real.
That means honoring the body, the breath, and the moment you’re actually in—not the one you think you should be in. I work from a place of deep listening, creative energy, and emotional intuition. The path isn’t linear, but it’s always honest.
The tools I share—spoken reflections, sound, words, cards, energy—are rooted in lived experience. I’ve tested them in my own nervous system, especially during times of deep loss and transformation. Everything I offer is something I’ve used to bring myself back to center.
This work is about remembering your own rhythm.
Not pushing through.
Not fixing.
Just gently returning.
